Some athletes come because they are injured. Others come because they want to become stronger, faster, and more prepared for their sport. The funny thing is — the process looks a lot more similar than most people realize.

My approach combines the perspective of a sports physical therapist with that of a performance coach. I understand both the demands of sport and the process required to build the body to meet those demands.
This means rehabilitation does not end when symptoms improve, and training does not begin by ignoring the athlete's history. Instead, every step is connected — creating a seamless progression from where you are now to where you want to be.
